I'm Benjamin Nicoll. I build companies and the software that powers them. These days that mostly means Uplinkd Group and ExeQuantum, alongside a handful of projects I've quietly invested myself in over the years.
My work tends to sit where technology meets operations - helping organisations of all shapes and sizes, from small businesses finding their feet through to Tier 1 enterprises navigating complex change.
